To apply a push force to make the ball bounce higher, the player needs to press the left mouse button. Each click corresponds to one time the ball jumps up. If you want the ball to fly higher, click continuously at a rapid speed. Conversely, to make the ball fall lower, stop clicking for a moment. The ball does not move in a rigid straight line but has a delay, bounce, and inertia just like in real life.
