Flip Or Fail is a physics based stunt game about knowing when to stop spinning. Take off from a ramp or platform, do a flip in the air and prepare your character for a controlled landing. Extra tricks can boost your score, but one too many rotations and you could turn a promising attempt into a ragdoll tumble.
Hold, Release, and Find Your Landing
Hold the mouse button to crouch and charge your jump, then release it to launch. Once airborne, hold again to perform flips. Release before touching down so your character can prepare to land.
Those two holds serve different purposes. The first sets up the jump; the second controls your aerial rotation. Practise them separately if you are struggling to reach the platform in a stable position.
Classic Progress Opens Two More Modes
Classic mode provides 12 levels with 10 stages in each. Completing stages moves you through increasingly demanding jumps while building progress toward additional modes.
Arcade mode contains 12 stages unlocked through their corresponding Classic levels. Challenge mode also has 12 stages, with each requiring 15 stars in the matching Classic level.
This gives your Classic results a purpose beyond reaching the next platform. Returning to improve your stars can open a Challenge stage that remains locked.
Decide Whether Another Flip Is Worth It
In Flip Or Fail, every extra rotation uses time you could spend preparing the landing. The practical challenge is judging how much movement you can finish before the target platform arrives.
Change One Part of a Failed Attempt
If you reach the platform while still rotating, try releasing the aerial hold earlier. If the jump itself is poorly placed, adjust the initial charge. Changing one action at a time makes it easier to understand what helped.
Take Your Stunts From the Harbor to the Rooftops
Locations include Harbor, School, Rooftop, Site, and Course, bringing different surroundings to your stunt progression. There are also 14 characters to unlock through milestones, collected stars, and daily logins.
The appeal is in gradually turning awkward attempts into deliberate landings, with new characters and challenges marking that progress. Start Classic mode in Flip Or Fail and stick your first controlled flip.
