Strikr! - Arcade Soccer Pong is a bold mix of the king of sports and the legendary Pong video game from the 70s. Here, players become the best goalkeeper and forward. You will control a barrier that defends your goal. Stop the ball from flying into your net and skillfully hit it back to score against the opponent.

OPERATING MODES

Strikr! - Arcade Soccer Pong offers two main challenge modes. Normal mode is an endurance race. The first player to score ten goals wins the overall match. Meanwhile, time trial mode requires absolute speed and precision. You must score as many goals as possible within a short 90 seconds. This stage pushes the player's reflexes and tactical thinking to their limits. Additionally, you can choose single-player mode or compete with friends on the same computer. The game's difficulty level is also clearly separated: easy, medium, and difficult.

GRANULAR LOOK AT PLAY

In single-player mode, imagine the W and S keys are the player's feet. The W key moves you left, and the S key moves you right. For two-player matches, the second player will use the arrow key. Specifically, the up key moves right and the down key moves left.

Stunning effects

The game brings a fiery atmosphere. Each time the ball hits the player's barrier, it bounces and creates sparkling electrical effects. Furthermore, the ball's speed is not fixed. After each hit, the ball's speed increases slightly. Later in a rally, the ball will shoot like a lightning bolt. It leaves a beautiful but threatening long streak of light behind it. Every collision feels satisfying, intense, and full of life.

How to play

Player one:

  • W: Move left.
  • S: Move right.

Player two:

  • UP: Turn right
  • DOWN: Turn left

Exploit the collision angle

Instead of just blocking the ball in the middle of the barrier, try moving so the ball hits the top of the barrier. This will change the ball's flying angle. When the ball speed is already very high, focus on safe defense. Also, you should practice regularly so your hands and eyes coordinate smoothly as one unified whole.
