The setting of Playpair is designed around the dynamic and colorful world of sports. The game chooses sports equipment icons as the main theme on the cards. Players will encounter basketballs, footballs, tennis rackets, archery arrows, or racing helmets. Here, you must clear all the cards on the table by finding and matching identical pairs correctly. Whenever a pair of cards is successfully matched, they disappear from the screen. However, you only have a limited amount of time to complete the mission. If time runs out, the game ends immediately. Stay fully focused and learn to memorize the cards.
EXPANSION OVERVIEW
When starting a new level, all cards are placed face down. You need to left-click to flip any card to discover the sports equipment icon. Then players will proceed to flip the second card. If the two cards have the same image, they will instantly disappear. You will be awarded bonus points. Conversely, if the two cards do not match, they will automatically flip back over. At this point, you must quickly memorize the positions. The game continues like this until the entire board is cleared. So, you can officially step into a new level with higher difficulty.
Increasing difficulty
The first level consists of only eight simple cards to help players easily memorize and clear it. Later on, the size of the card grid will gradually expand. Furthermore, the time limit for each level is also tightened. So, players need to continuously boost their card-flipping speed and reflexes. The high-score recording system is also a great feature. You can constantly challenge your own limits.
