GET YOKED: Extreme Bodybuilding is a unique bodybuilding simulator. Here, you will have the chance to transform an ordinary character into a muscular giant. The game world features an exaggerated 3D art style. Muscles bulge strangely every time you perform a movement with proper form. Your mission is to take your character from tiny amateur gyms to brightly lit professional arenas. Thousands of spectators wait to admire your physique. To win, players must surpass the minimum strength point thresholds in each competition. If you fail to meet the muscle requirements set by the judges, your journey to the top ends immediately. BUILDING THE MUSCLE SYSTEM

At the bottom of the screen, players will see a deck consisting of exercise, rest, and nutrition cards. To perform a workout, press and hold the left mouse button on the desired card. Then you need to drag and drop it directly onto the character's body. Once activated, the character will begin movements based on the card's content. Such as chest presses, squats, bicep curls, or taking supplements. Each time an exercise card is played, the corresponding muscles visibly grow alongside a surge in strength stats.

Stamina

Pay close attention to the stamina bar in the corner of the screen. Every card consumes a certain amount of stamina. Once this bar is empty, you must end that training day and wait for recovery the next day.

Fatigue levels

Besides stamina, another crucial indicator is the fatigue level. If you push the character to overtrain without rest, fatigue will spike and lead to injuries. When a muscle group is injured, you cannot train that specific area for the next two days. This action significantly slows down your progress.

The game utilizes real-time 3D model deformation technology. For example, every time you play a chest card, the character’s chest actually swells up. You can choose from four starting characters, each with a unique deck and growth style. Some specialize in explosive power, while others excel in endurance and fast recovery. The combination of over 200 different cards creates thousands of diverse strategies. Every playthrough is fresh and never boring.
